We would like to inform you that the State Revenue Service (hereinafter referred to as the SRS) has a “zero” tolerance for accepting bribes and gifts.
Giving unauthorized gifts to the SRS employee is an administrative offence, while giving a bribe is a criminal act.
Therefore, if you want to express your gratitude to the SRS employee, you can express it with a smile, or by leaving a positive written feedback at the SRS information centre or sending it electronically to the vid@vid.gov.lv.
You can reduce corruption by providing information to the SRS Internal Security Administration at IDP.lietvediba@vid.gov.lv or the Corruption Prevention and Combating Bureau's reporting platform or in the application "Ziņo KNAB!".
