The annual report of companies is submitted to the State Revenue Service (hereinafter - SRS) by commercial companies registered in the Republic of Latvia, cooperative companies, European economic interest groups, European cooperative companies, European commercial companies, as well as individual companies, farmers' and fishermen's farms, which in the previous reporting (taxation) year exceeded 300,000 euros turnover.
Service requests
Annual report content, preparation, verification, and submission are specified in the Law on the Annual Financial Statements and Consolidated Financial Statements.
Prepare and submit electronically through EDS “Annual Reports”.
Receipt of services
Service is received as per application.
