Electricity Market Law referred to in Section 32 persons who supply electricity to end users and have concluded contracts or otherwise agreed regarding electricity supply (sale) and autonomous producers.

The electricity tax report must be submitted to SRS by those who generate, distribute, supply, and trade electricity to the end-users. End-users of electricity, if electricity is purchased on the stock exchange, must also submit a report.
