Proof of non-resident status

Process description

1. Service requests
   Confirmation from SRS regarding income generated by non-residents and PIT and CIT paid can be requested through EDS, by mail or in person at a SRS client service centre.
   Include:
   1. Registration data of income payer and payee;
   2. Data income generated and tax paid in Latvia;
   3. Statement from the payer verifying accuracy of information indicated in the statement.

2. Receipt of services
   Reply received as stated in the application.
