Service requests
Taxpayers must register numbered receipt (ticket) and voucher books or electronic vouchers (health care service provider or postal operator) by submitting an application through EDS - “Documents” - “Form” - "Documents confirming the transaction" - "Receipt number registration application", or "Ticket number registration application" or "Electronic receipt number registration application". After filling out the application, press the button "Check and save" and then "Submit".
Electronic registration of numbered books or electronic vouchers will be confirmed by e-mail. The registration date is the date of confirmation.
When registering numbered book in person, books must be present and the application is submitted in two copies.
To register new books, a report regarding the use of numbered books registered with SRS for the last quarter must be submitted.Receipt of services
