A statement regarding the amounts disbursed to natural persons shall be submitted to the State Revenue Service (hereinafter - SRS) by the paying person of income for:
- income that is not salary (for paid work) but is taxable at the time of payment;
- income that is not taxable at the time of payment (deferred);
- non-taxable income; and
- payment received for services rendered.

Process description

  1. Service requests
    Prepare and submit documents through EDS (https://eds.vid.gov.lv/login/ — Documents — From form — Income tax documents — Notice on amounts paid to individuals (summary)).

    The information to be included in the notification is specified in Cabinet Regulation No. 610 of 7 September 2021, Regulations regarding the information to be included in the notification regarding amounts paid to a natural person.

  2. Receipt of services
    The service is received in the SRS electronic declaration system.
