Service requests
The taxpayer has the possibility to obtain information on the state of taxation in the form of reports:
• in connection with the Electronic Declaration System (EDS) of the State Revenue Service (hereinafter - SRS) (https://eds.vid.gov.lv/login/ - Reports);
• sending a request to the SRS e-mail address: vid@vid.gov.lv;
• on-site visits to the SRS customer service centre (see www.vid.gov.lv section “Contacts”).Receipt of services
The taxpayer may receive statements regarding the state of payment of tax according to the choice of the request.
When you connect to the SRS EDS, you must open the Reports section. The required report must be selected and the selection conditions must be specified.
Then you must press the “Request a report” button. You can save or print the data that you have prepared to complete the request.
