Process description
Service requests
To register the service, submit:
- application for inclusion in the SRS single database (register);
- existing contract (copy) proving civil liability insurance;
- certification document;
- statement of compliance for management of tax risks in servicing as per the requirements noted in the operation of the In-depth Cooperation Programme;
- information on service cash registers, hybrid cash registers, cash systems, specialised devices and equipment;
- if the service service is not a manufacturer or authorised representative of such systems, authorisation to service such devices or equipment;
- proof of the right to of use the premises;
- proof of sufficient equipment to be able to perfomr the service;
- confidentiality agreement.
Documents shall be submitted to the SRS Electronic Declaration System (EDS).
The service service shall be excluded from the unified database (register) of the SRS, in conformity with the procedures for the use of electronic devices and equipment for the registration of taxes and other payments specified in Paragraph 129.17_2 of Cabinet Regulation No. 96.Receipt of services
The service may be provided as of the day of approval.
